This project, developed by the Brussels Public Social Welfare Centre and designed by MDW Architecture, is a residential development forming a ‘village’ of 42 sustainable dwellings, including studios, one- to six-bedroom apartments, duplexes, lofts and maisonettes.
The dwellings are scheduled for handover in April 2011. The site of the former soap factory is on Rue d'Anderlecht, right in the city centre.
