2012-11-02 – The Brussel’s Gueuze Museum organizes its Public Brewing Session on Saturday November 10th, 2012 (56 GheudeStreet 1070 Brussels).
From 6h30 to 17h, the Master Brewer, his family and friends invite you to the great brewering fair and propose you to experience the various steps in the really traditional production of the Lambic and Gueuze, in a 19th Century brewery with its original equipment:
- from 7h to 9h Brewing process
- from 9h to 13h Filtration and hopping
- from 13h to 15h Cooking
- at 15h30 Pumping of wort into the cooling tun
- from 06h30 to 12h Barrel cleaning "ancient method".
Guided tours every 3/4 hours as from 7.00.
Admission fee: 6 € p.p. (including guided tour and one drink of your choice). Tickets are valid the all day.
Croissants and coffee are proposed until 8.30, free of charge.
Brussel’s typical traditions and its fun filled atmosphere are guaranteed.
